Information you provide

An assessment request asks for your name, work email, company, the role you want to assess, and any optional operational context you choose to share. The request also includes the page and role identifiers associated with the form, the version of the offer you viewed, a submission reference, and any campaign labels associated with your visit. If you use the role-brief tool, only the information you choose to include in an assessment request is sent to us. The tool otherwise prepares the brief in your browser. If you email us directly, we receive the information in that message.

Information processed automatically

Hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request data, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and timestamp, to deliver and protect the site. We keep limited campaign labels, landing-page paths, visit timestamps and the referring website's hostname in temporary page memory during your visit. These accompany an inquiry only when you submit it. This memory is cleared when you reload or close the page; it does not use cookies or browser storage. We do not collect arbitrary URL parameters or referring-page paths for this purpose.

When enabled, Vercel Web Analytics measures visits to public role and service pages, role-brief copying and download requests, and assessment form starts and successful submissions. Analytics events use public page paths and predefined role identifiers. We remove URL query strings and fragments from measured page URLs and exclude unsubscribe and unknown paths. We do not send form answers, brief contents, names or email addresses as analytics event properties. Vercel may process standard request, device, location and referrer information as described in its analytics privacy documentation. Our measurement honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. We do not use advertising pixels. See Vercel's analytics privacy information.

How the information is used

We use assessment-request information to evaluate fit, coordinate a conversation, respond to questions, protect the service, and maintain a record of the request. Page, role and campaign identifiers help us understand which services and outreach generate inquiries. We do not sell or rent assessment-request information.

Service providers and engagement data

Website hosting, database, and email providers may process information where necessary to provide those services. Data used to operate a bot for a client engagement is not governed by this website notice; provider choices, permitted data, retention, deletion, and related requirements are documented in the written engagement terms and, where applicable, a business associate agreement before a setup fee is collected.

Retention, requests, and contact

Assessment requests are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the evaluation, follow-up, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email hello@botsource.ai.
