An assessment request asks for your name, work email, company, the role you want to assess, and any optional operational context you choose to share. If you email us directly, we receive the information in that message.

Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through this website.

Information processed automatically

Hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request data, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and timestamp, to deliver and protect the site. The current site does not intentionally configure advertising trackers or marketing analytics.

How the information is used

We use assessment-request information to evaluate fit, coordinate a conversation, respond to questions, protect the service, and maintain a record of the request. We do not sell or rent assessment-request information.

Service providers and engagement data

Website hosting, database, and email providers may process information where necessary to provide those services. Data used to operate a bot for a client engagement is not governed by this website notice; provider choices, permitted data, retention, deletion, and related requirements are documented in the written engagement terms and, where applicable, a business associate agreement before a setup fee is collected.

Retention, requests, and contact

Assessment requests are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the evaluation, follow-up, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email hello@botsource.ai.
