The job behind the title
Training reports become unreliable when assignments, attendance and completion evidence are scattered. Learning teams need to know whether someone missed a course, completed it elsewhere or is waiting for an accurate record update.
Responsibilities
We shape these responsibilities around your systems, priorities and decision permissions.
Assign the courses and learning paths your team approves based on role, location and other documented requirements in the training plan.
Prepare enrollment information, joining instructions and schedule updates, keeping learners and facilitators aligned when a session or attendance arrangement changes.
Reconcile course results, attendance and accepted completion evidence, preserving the difference between enrollment, participation and verified completion.
Prepare reminders and owner reports that explain what remains incomplete, any relevant due date and the action needed to resolve it.

Illustrative workflow
An example of how the work could run, tailored during onboarding. This is not a customer case study.
A company assigns a new course to supervisors. Some employees attended a live session, others used a recorded version, and several records show enrollment without a completion result.
The coordinator reconciles the accepted attendance and assessment records, updates the permitted statuses and prepares targeted follow-up based on what each learner still needs to complete.
An employee provides a certificate from a different course provider. The coordinator asks the training owner whether it satisfies the requirement before recording an equivalence or completion.
Onboarding & continued development
We learn the job, your expectations and how your team works. Then we select and configure an AI worker for the role.
We help your bot learn your systems, policies and preferences. Together, we review its work and prepare it for the responsibilities you agree on.
We stay involved, review performance and continue coaching your bot. You have a human Botsource contact when the work needs attention.
We agree on targets and review methods together. These are proposed measures, not claimed results.
Before you get started
The role can coordinate both formats using the attendance and completion evidence you accept. We establish how enrollment, attendance, assessments and certificates affect each course's status before updating learner records.
The learning owner defines course requirements and permitted equivalences. The coordinator applies those rules, identifies supporting evidence and routes unfamiliar certificates or substitutions for a decision rather than assuming they qualify.
Reminders can reflect the learner's assigned course, status, relevant date and next action. Your communication rules determine the channel and cadence, including how to handle approved extensions or other recorded exceptions.
